How long will it take for my claim to be processed? The City’s Risk Management office will retrieve your Claim Form, enter it into our system, and assign it to a Safety/Claims Coordinator, who will investigate and evaluate your claim. You will receive a call from within 5-7 days of filing a claim. Will the City reimburse me for damages to my vehicle caused by a pothole or other road hazards on a City Street?
