Claim processing can take 30-60 days or more depending on complexity. Please be advised that the investigation into this claim is ongoing. By conducting this review, the Matanuska-Susitna Borough does not waive any rights or defenses available under self-insurance or excess commercial policies. This Reservation of Rights allows the insurer to continue evaluating the claim while preserving its ability to deny coverage if it is later determined that the claim falls outside the scope of the policy terms, conditions, or exclusions.
